Description
GZB-350A High speed pillow-type automatic egg cake flow wrapping machine is suitable for packing such articles of regular shape as biscuit, bread,moon-cake, daily necessities and metal fittings like nails, wires, hinges,bolts, locks,etc.
Main performances and features
1.This machine adopts PLC for main control, hence steady in performance and easy to operate.
2.Human-machine interface in English, making and storing the setting quickly and easily.
3. The main motor is equipped with high quality AC converter, realizing speed changed with less levels.
4. High acuracy photoelectric detection tracing system with automatic compensation in both directions for reliable accuracy.
5. Less-stage transmission used for the adjustment of bag length, durable and accurate.
6. The conveying chain can be adjusted without stopping the machine, convenient and sensitive.
7. Adjustment on the end sealing structure makes the sealing more perfect without cutting on the bag.
8. The shell of machine is made of high quality carbon steel with painting.
9. The machine can be equipped with nitrogen filling device and hot encoder, the printing position can be optional.
